Perishable foods cannot be returned, however we are always happy to discuss the quality of our product with you, and assess your purchase on a case-by-case basis. We request that any issue is raised by email within 30 days of receiving your product.
Please do not send your purchase back to us prior to contacting us regarding your concerns. We will not accept or open any product posted to us under these circumstances.
An exemption to this refund policy applies to product supplied different to your order, or in error.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
